Having mentioned to you some time ago that I wanted a banner and would need it for a presentation we were doing, you gently reminded me on several occasions that you would need the rough outline of what we required so that the artwork could be prepared for my approval.
With only two weeks to go you reminded me again that I still had not given you the outline but that if I could get it to you within the next day or so it would be OK. In fact it took me almost another week to get the outline to you. The artwork came back within a matter of hours for approval and a couple of amendments I requested were incorporated and the final artwork sent to me for approval within another hour.
